Working Environment Organisation (AMO)

At Inside Systems, we have implemented a Work Environment Organization (AMO) as a collaborative effort between management and employees to foster a positive working environment. Central to our daily commitment to this cause is the work environment group.

In every department of Inside Systems, we have appointed a work environment representative. Their role is critical in safeguarding employees from any potential risks associated with safety and health in their work. The AMO is established with the aim to identify specific risks, as well as to evaluate and implement activities and solutions to mitigate these risks. This structure ensures that our commitment to a safe and healthy work environment is not just a policy, but a practiced reality.

Staff Association

Inside Systems have a Staff Association managed by the employees themselves, making it independent of the management/owners. This autonomy allows the Staff Association to focus on fostering a sense of community and camaraderie among employees through the organization of social events and the giving of gifts.

This ensures that all activities and gestures of appreciation are by the employees, for the employees, reinforcing a culture of mutual respect and collective well-being. Through these efforts, the Staff Association plays a pivotal role in enhancing the work environment, making the company not just a place to work, but a community to be part of.
