Your order is perceived as delivered when handed over at the place of delivery by the carrier. Once the delivery is complete, all risks of correct handling of the product will belong to the buyer.
If the delivery date is exceeded by more than 30 days, the buyer has the right to terminate the contract, unless force majeure is the cause of this. In case of such delay, the buyer may claim compensation for a loss if the buyer proves that the IS has shown gross negligence.
Under no circumstance exceed 10% of IS 's sales price to the Purchaser.

If a product against our expectations, do not meet your expectations, please contact us at RMA@InsideSystems.com before returning the goods to us.
Once we have received your return request, we will come back to you as soon as possible with a return number (RMA-number) and instructions on how to return the purchased products to us. After you have received your RMA-number, you now have 14 days to return the purchased products to us.
Inside Systems reserves the right to refuse returns of goods that do not have a valid RMA-number or if the 14-day return has expired - even if you already have an RMA-number.
If the returned product has been used or if the seal is broken on brand new items, we consider it as used now - which means that you will only receive a partial return of the amount you paid - corresponding to what the product's new value is assessed to be. In the event of impairment due to your use of the product, you will be deducted an equal amount from your purchases total. You will be credited according to the prior agreement once we have received the item and approved the return.
In case of a complaint, we will send a new functional product as soon as possible. If this is not possible, you will get your money refunded.
When returning a product, your RMA-number must be clearly stated on the packaging as you return the item. Mark your package with "return" - preferably with a tracking number
The returned items must be in the original and undamaged packaging and shall be intact.
The shipment of returned goods is at the sole discretion of the buyer.
