Are you our Customer Service Assistant?

Are you passionate about excellent customer service, quality, and creating an outstanding shopping experience? Now you have the opportunity to join Inside Systems A/S and help enhance and improve the customer experience for our clients and partners. Due to growth, we are looking for skilled customer service representatives for our headquarters in Aalborg.

Your Role

As our new Customer Service Assistant, you will play an essential role in the customer journey. You will communicate with customers across multiple channels – phone, email, social media, and webshop. A significant part of your role will also involve supporting our sales team with back-office tasks, as well as handling claims and complaints.

Responsibilities:

  • Following up on ongoing and completed transactions
  • Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Responding to customer inquiries and providing guidance
  • Quality control and after-sales support

Who Are You?

We imagine that you have experience in customer service and are curious about areas such as Customer Experience, Quality Control, and After-Sales Support. Additionally, you:

  • Are service-minded and can “smile over the phone” and in writing
  • Enjoy helping customers and ensuring they have a great experience
  • Work in a structured manner and take responsibility for your tasks
  • Are comfortable working with Microsoft Office 365

Language Requirements

You are fluent in Danish and English – both written and spoken.
