Thank you for your lastest purchase. We hope you are satisfied with your order. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a full refund, credit, or exchange. Please read below for further information on our return policy.

Returns

All returns must be made within sixteen (16) days from the date a return case is created. All returned items must be in the same condition as when purchased, or a restocking fee equivalent to the decrease in product value will be charged. You are responsible for paying the return shipping, and you are liable if any damage occurs during transportation.You must pay for the package to be returned yourself, and you are liable if any damage occurs during transport.

No right of withdrawal

These agreements cannot be withdrawn:

  • Delivery of goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized.
  • Consumables such as licenses.
  • New items that have been opened, used, or otherwise are not in the same condition as when purchased can be returned with a fee.
  • Items ordered from our suppliers for the customer or configured based on customer specifications.
  • Delivery of sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if the seal has been broken after delivery.
  • Delivery of sealed audio or video recordings or computer software where you have broken the seal.
  • Delivery of digital content, such as computer programs, apps, games, music, movies, etc., not provided physically on CD or DVD, if you have agreed to start execution, and thus, you lose your right of withdrawal.

The condition of the item when you send it back

If the item has lost value because you used it in a way other than necessary to determine its nature, characteristics, and how it works, you can only receive a partial refund. The amount you can receive back depends on the item’s commercial value, and in some cases, it may only cover the shipping costs.

We recommend that you return the item in its original packaging. If the original packaging is missing, it may result in a depreciation of the item’s value.

Return Process

To return a product, please contact customer service at rm*@in***********.com or fill our the RMA form down below to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving an RMA number, securely package the item in the original packaging or other suitable packaging, along with the return form you received, and send it to the following address:

Please note that you will be responsible for all return expenses unless the received product is defective or the wrong product has been delivered. We strongly recommend returning with a shipping method that includes tracking.

Refund

After we have received and inspected the condition of the item you have returned, we will issue a refund or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of the item for us to issue the refund or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles before you can see the reimbursement on your account statement, depending on your card provider. We will notify you via email when your return is completed.

Please note: A restocking fee of 25% will be charged for all returns.
