All of our international shipments are made in accordance with the rules and regulations set forth by the Danish Trade and Industry, ensuring that your package will arrive safely and efficiently. Our team is dedicated to ensuring that each shipment is carefully packaged and delivered on time.

The EU regulates these items and permits them to be exported exclusively to the declared final destination, for use by the specified end-user or recipient. Reselling, transferring, or disposing these items to another country or individual other than the authorized final recipient or user is not allowed. This applies whether the items remain in their original state or are integrated into other goods, unless EU approval is obtained. All products falling under the EU’s regulation no. 428 of 5 May 2009, which governs the control of dual-use items and technology, may face restrictions if re-exported.

Inside Systems can only meet the shipping date, whereas delays may occur at the hands of DHL, TNT, UPS, GLS, FedEx or other courier services.
Some products might have restriction preventing the delivery to certain locations – forexample, some airlines will not accept batteries on board, preventing us from delivering them to locations where only these airlines deliver. We do out best to advice this beforehand when possible, but frequent changes in regulations might not always make this possible.
Yes, you can select local pickup at checkout and collect your order from the Inside System warehouse.
Yes, during checkout you can choose to ship to a different address other than your billing address under the “Shipping Details” section.
If you are experiencing an issue with your product, please fill out the RMA form as soon as possible and our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to proceed. This information will be provided to you by email, so please make sure that you have provided us with a valid email address when placing your order.

We stringently adhere to robust protocols to ensure the refurbishment of IT hardware meets the highest industry standards. Our comprehensive testing procedures and meticulous restorations align with original manufacturer specifications. This guarantees that all our refurbished hardware performs optimally, at least for the entire duration of the warranty period.
Often times harddrives perform at 100% even after a few years in operation, but over time the health will slowly degrade. To ensure high quality we have to draw a line in the sand, therefore we have implemented a rigorous data erasure process. Every hard disk drive (HDD) is subject to an extensive health assessment to ensure that it reaches or surpasses the Minimal Acceptable Level (MAL) of good health. Specifically, we certify all mechanical HDDs to have a minimum health level of 80%, while solid-state drives (SSDs) and flash drives must demonstrate a health level of at least 90%. Any drives failing to meet these thresholds are unequivocally rejected by our technical department, maintaining our uncompromising commitment to quality and performance.
At Inside Systems, all of our products, whether they are new or refurbished, come with a standard 1-year warranty. This warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship and provides customers with peace of mind knowing that their purchase is protected. In the unlikely event that a product fails during the warranty period, customers can contact our customer support team who will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
At Inside Systems, we take data security very seriously and understand the importance of protecting sensitive information. That’s why we have taken the necessary measures to ensure that all data is securely erased from all IT equipment.

Common terms used to identify IT hardware conditions include:
Used: Used hardware refers to devices that have been previously owned and used. They may show signs of wear but are generally functional. It’s important to assess the condition, functionality, and any warranty or potential limitations when buying used hardware.
Refurbished (REF): Refurbished hardware refers to previously used devices that have been restored to a like-new condition. These products undergo testing, repairs, and cleaning to meet the original manufacturer’s specifications. They often come with a warranty.
New Open Box (NOB): These products have been unsealed but never used, often opened for display or demonstration purposes. They typically come with the original packaging and accessories and are backed by the manufacturer’s warranty.
New in Box (NEW): Similar to factory sealed, these products are brand new and unopened, sold in the original packaging with all accessories. However, the packaging may have been opened or slightly damaged during handling or transport. Despite packaging imperfections, the product remains untouched and comes with a manufacturer’s warranty.
Factory Sealed (F/S): These are brand new products that have never been opened or used, coming directly from the manufacturer in original packaging with all accessories. Buying factory-sealed hardware guarantees a brand new, untouched product, often with a full manufacturer’s warranty.
Yes, we take the matter of resale and shipment to Russia, Belarus, and Russian-owned entities very seriously. We want to be transparent and ensure that our equipment is used responsibly and in accordance with any applicable laws and regulations.
When you complete your information through the New Customer and New Supplier forms – you and your organization confirm that you do not intend to resell or ship this equipment to Russia or Belarus or to a Russian-owned entity regardless of location.
Our company strictly adheres to international sanctions, embargoes, and trade restrictions imposed by the EU and other relevant authorities.
