LOOP Forum Conference
Sustainability and the circular economy are our primary focus at Inside Systems. Our ESG manager, Thomas, and CEO, Niclas, participated in the LOOP Forum conference early in the year to expand our knowledge and turn it into action.
Donation of Laptops to Ukrainian Children
Our HPE Product Manager, Tobias, visited a school in Frederikshavn to donate laptops to Ukrainian children who had moved to Denmark with their families. We believe that education is the key to a better future.

Expansion of Our Inside Team from Små Jobs med mening
We place great importance on creating meaningful job opportunities. We hired Marie from “Small Jobs with Meaning,” where her responsibilities include various tasks in the warehouse, such as maintaining the goods receiving area. Marie also participated in Inside Systems’ recycling and waste management initiatives and met the strict requirements for ISO14001 environmental standard certification. She was responsible for the production of our packaging material, helping to reduce our consumption of new packaging materials using this machine.
Marie has passed the baton, and now we have the pleasure of having Mads from “Small Jobs with Meaning” working with us.

BrokerBin 2023 Prague Roadshow
We sent our employees to the BrokerBin Roadshow in Prague, an event that brought together some of the most experienced professionals in the IT industry and provided us with a unique platform to engage, explore, and exchange innovative ideas.
Exchange Student from Sunny Spain
We welcomed Sakina, our exchange student from Spain. Sakina completed a diploma program in administration and economics and spent the last two months with us diving into Danish work culture and contributing to our finance department, thanks to our collaboration with Aalborg Business School and Lars Halskov.

Once again, Inside Systems has secured its position as a top company in the industry by achieving an AAA Bisnode rating for another year. See more here.
Completion of Warehouse and Tech Renovation
At the end of 2022, we began renovating our warehouse facilities, and throughout 2023, we optimized our entire warehouse and tech department, including the construction of a new data center with limited access using fingerprint scanners. We did this to meet the growing demand for our products, improve workflows for faster delivery times, and enhance security in our warehouse and data center. We are looking forward to show you the final results!
The European Broker Meeting in Malta
Once again, we sent our Insiders to The European Broker Meeting in Malta. This event brought together some of the most prominent figures in the IT industry and provided us with a unique platform to engage, explore new horizons, exchange innovative ideas, and network. We look forward to London in 2024 in the spring!

This recognition is the result of our dedication, innovation, and hard work, and we are incredibly grateful for this opportunity.
- Small Jobs with Meaning Business Award 2023: This nomination is not only a recognition of our ability to create meaningful job opportunities but also proof of our deep commitment to social responsibility. We strive to make a positive difference through our work, which includes creating jobs that are not just jobs but also career paths that are accessible and enriching for everyone, regardless of their background.
The business award will be presented at the Business Northern Denmark New Year’s Reception on January 4, 2024.
DeiC Conference 2023
In the fall, we were the main sponsor of the DeiC Conference in Kolding. There, we had a booth to showcase our comprehensive data security procedures, which effectively protect confidential information, as well as how proper handling of used IT equipment can make a difference.

ISO45001 & R2V3
At Inside Systems, we believe that a safe workplace is a productive one. Therefore, we are now ISO45001 certified. This certification marks an important milestone in our commitment to protecting our employees and creating a healthy work environment. With our ISO45001 certification, our customers can have full confidence that they are partnering with a reliable partner who prioritizes safety in all aspects of our business and project execution.
At the same time, we focus on safe and sustainable electronics repair and recycling, which is why we have become R2V3 certified. This certification includes important updates to improve the quality and oversight of facilities that repair and recycle used electronics, promote safe handling of electronic waste worldwide, and encourage companies to consider the impact of their activities on the environment, workers, and public health.

Christmas Party & Internal Awards
Lastly, we rounded off the year with the year-end Christmas party, where work gloves were replaced with a festive spirit. We also celebrated our 5 Insiders who made the greatest impact on Inside Systems throughout the year.
